Warranty on any products we sell is done through the specific items manufactures warranty. For these warranties to be valid, you must adhere to the manufactures warranty specifications.
For our Lutron RadioRA 2 and other programming, we warranty our work for a period of 1 year. In the rare event that you have a programming issue/malfunction, give us a call and we will arrange to have the programming fixed. This does not cover programming changes. This also does not cover programming adjustments made by the end user that do not function the way they were expected to. Warranty claims such as those, may be subject to a programming fee. Before making a warranty call for the programming, please make sure of any conditions that may have changed (plugs or power removed, wires or network changes, etc.). For situations where the user has made program changes, and does not want to pay for an adjustment to those changes (to bring it to an operational state), we will provide up to 1 reprogramming to the original state at completion of sale, which will be covered by our warranty.
Before making any warranty claim, please also check that you are not using any improper bulb or have exceeded the maximum allowable wattage as stated in the material provided to you at the completion of the original installation.
